In accordance with the 无毒学校和社区法案 Amendments of 1989, this notification is presented annually to each bbin信誉网站 (BHC) student and employee. Its purpose is to serve as a reminder of the standards of conduct relating to drugs and alcohol; the health risks associated with drug and alcohol ab使用; of the availability of treatment for drug or alcohol problems; of BHC policies related to the illegal 占有 and 使用 或者贩卖毒品和酒精; and of the internal sanctions and federal, 状态, 以及非法销售可能导致的当地法律处罚, 占有, 消费, 或者贩卖毒品和酒精.
